Medical Policy Your health and safety are my top priority. Please take a moment to read the following medical policy before attending any class: Health Conditions: Participants are responsible for informing the instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect their ability to safely take part in exercise. This includes any recent surgeries, chronic illnesses, joint or back problems, heart conditions, or other relevant health concerns. Medical Clearance: If you have any existing health issues or are new to exercise, it is recommended that you consult your GP or healthcare professional before attending classes to ensure that the activities are suitable for you. During Class: Please listen to your body and work within your own limits. If at any point you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop immediately and inform the instructor. Modifications and alternatives will always be provided to ensure exercises are safe and accessible for everyone. Emergencies: In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, emergency services will be contacted if required. Please ensure your emergency contact details are provided and kept up to date. By attending these classes, participants acknowledge that they take part at their own risk and agree to disclose any relevant medical information that may impact their participation. To help classes run smoothly and to ensure fair access for all participants, please take note of the following policy: Cancellations: If you are unable to attend a class, please notify me no later than 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer your space to someone else and helps keep classes running efficiently. Refunds & Transfers: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class will be eligible for a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, or failure to attend without notice, will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. If a class needs to be cancelled by the instructor (for example, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund or credit for a future class. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation — this policy helps ensure fairness for all participants and supports the smooth running of each session.
